When a SERP key is configured, this scrapes the live top-10 Google results and analyses what is actually ranking. Otherwise it falls back to AI-inferred analysis.

AI analyses intent
The engine identifies search intent, content format expectations, key entities, and the competitive landscape.
Gaps & angles surfaced
Content gaps, competitor weaknesses, and three winning content angles are ranked by strategic priority.
Act on quick wins
A prioritised list of quick wins tells you exactly what to do first to start capturing traffic faster.
A SERP analysis tool that reads the live result page for a keyword and tells you what it would take to rank there: intent, difficulty, the features occupying the page, the gaps the ranking pages leave open, and three content angles ranked by priority. Every run queries Google directly. Free, with a bulk mode for keyword lists.
Reading a result page, not a keyword database
The run starts with a live query: the top 10 organic results with position, title, snippet and domain, plus People Also Ask and related searches. Feature detection runs over the same response and flags what is present, including AI Overview, featured snippet, knowledge panel, top stories, video pack and image pack. That matters, because features decide how much organic click-through is left to compete for. All of it is passed through as evidence, and the raw results stay on screen next to the analysis so you can check the reasoning.
What the analysis returns
The analytical layer sits on top of the scraped page. You get a single intent classification, a difficulty rating from low to very high, a short explanation of what searchers actually want, content gaps, weaknesses observed in the pages currently ranking, quick wins, a recommended content format, an estimated word count, and the entities that keep recurring. Optional domain, competitor and industry fields shift the framing toward your situation, and everything exports to CSV or Excel.
- Intent classification and difficulty rating
- Content gaps the ranking pages leave open
- Three angle recommendations with rationale and priority
- Competitor weaknesses and quick wins
- Recommended format, word count and top entities
Where it fits in a research workflow
Run it before you commit a writer - not after. Two hours into a draft is an expensive place to discover that the query wants a comparison page while you are producing a how-to guide, or that an AI Overview and a video pack have pushed the first organic result below the fold. Bulk mode takes up to 25 keywords from a paste, spreadsheet or Google Sheet and returns intent, difficulty, format and word count for each, which is enough to triage a keyword list before planning.
