These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BuildWithSiddeshwebsite and its tools (the “Service”), operated by Siddesh Bobade. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

BuildWithSiddesh is a personal website that publishes content and provides experimental tools - including the Growth Dashboard, which connects to your Google Search Console account (read-only) to display your search performance with AI-assisted insights. The Service is offered free of charge and on an as-available basis.

Google Search Console connection

  • When you connect the Growth Dashboard, you authorize read-only access to your Google Search Console data. We only read your data to display it back to you - we never modify it.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access the Search Console properties you connect.
  • You can disconnect at any time from the dashboard, or revoke access in your Google Account. Our handling of this data is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated insights

Some features (such as search-intent classification and written summaries) are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They may contain errors or omissions and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or marketing advice. Always verify before acting on them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
  • Access data you are not authorized to access, or use the Service to infringe anyone’s privacy or intellectual property.

Intellectual property

The Service’s content, design, and code are owned by the operator unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Your own data (e.g., your Search Console metrics) remains yours.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties - including Google, Vercel, and Groq - each governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of these third-party services.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the Service (or your access to it) at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
